The Open Meetings Law (Article 33 of Chapter 143 of the GeneralStatutes) and the Public Records Act (Chapter 132 of the General Statutes)shall apply to the Fund and the Commission, and the Fund and the Commissionshall be subject to audit by the State Auditor as provided by law. TheCommission shall reimburse the State Auditor for the actual cost of the audit. (2000‑147, s. 3.)
