§ 143A‑58. Commissionerof Agriculture; transfer of powers and duties to Department.
Except as otherwise providedin the Constitution or in this Chapter, all powers, duties and functions vestedby law in the Commissioner of Agriculture are transferred by a Type I transferto the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (1971,c. 864, s. 9; 1997‑261, s. 96.)
