§ 143A‑61. The NorthCarolina Agricultural Hall of Fame; transfer.
The North CarolinaAgricultural Hall of Fame, as contained in Article 50B of Chapter 106 of theGeneral Statutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type Itransfer to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (1971,c. 864, s. 9; 1997‑261, s. 99.)
