After the county criminal justice partnership advisory board hasdeveloped a plan and the board or boards of county commissioners has reviewedit, if the county decides that it does not intend to operate the proposedprogram, the county criminal justice partnership advisory board shall recommendthe appropriate deliverer of services and the county may contract for services.(1993, c. 534; 1994, Ex.Sess., c. 24, s. 14(d).)
