The State‑County Criminal Justice Partnership Account is createdwithin the Department of Correction. Revenue in the Account may be used onlyto make grants to counties for supplementary community‑based correctionalprograms for eligible offenders in accordance with this Article. Revenueappropriated to the Account does not revert at the end of the fiscal year; itremains in the Account for expenditures in the following fiscal year. (1993, c. 534; 1994, Ex.
