§ 143B‑279.4.  The Department of Environment andNatural Resources – Secretary; Deputy Secretaries.

(a)        The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources shall bethe head of the Department.

(b)        The Secretary may appoint two Deputy Secretaries. (1989, c. 727, s. 3; 1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1004,s. 19(a); 1997‑443, s. 11A.119(a).)
