§ 143B‑289.60. Article subject to Chapter 113.
Nothing in this Article shall be construed to affect the jurisdictionaldivision between the Marine Fisheries Commission and the Wildlife ResourcesCommission contained in Subchapter IV of Chapter 113 of the General Statutes orin any way to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the two agenciesconferred in that Subchapter.
