A State agency proposing abill that affects the State budget shall prepare a fiscal analysis for the billand submit the analysis to the Fiscal Research Division upon introduction ofthe bill. The fiscal analysis shall estimate the impact of the legislation onthe State budget for the first five fiscal years the legislation would be ineffect. (2006‑203,s. 3.)
