§ 147‑49.  Dispositionof damaged and unsaleable publications.

The Secretary of State ishereby authorized and empowered to dispose of damaged and unsaleable House andSenate Journals and Session Laws of various years at a price to be determinedby the Secretary of State. (1939, c. 345; 1967, c. 691, s. 56; 2001‑487, s.93.)
