(a) The Public Fundshall file a publicly available report to the General Assembly that includesthe Scrutinized Companies List annually.
(b) Annuallythereafter, the Public Fund shall file a publicly available report to theGeneral Assembly and send a copy of that report to the United StatesPresidential Special Envoy to Sudan (or an appropriate designee or successor)that includes:
(1) A summary ofcorrespondence with Companies engaged by the Public Fund under G.S. 147‑86.44(b)(2)and (b)(3).
(2) All investmentssold, redeemed, divested, or withdrawn in compliance with G.S. 147‑86.44(c).
(3) All prohibitedinvestments under G.S. 147‑86.44(d); and
(4) Any progress madeunder G.S. 147‑86.44(f). (2007‑486, s. 5.)
