§15‑150.  Description in bill for embezzlement.

In indictments forembezzlement, except when the offense relates to a chattel, it is sufficient toallege the embezzlement to be of money, without specifying any particular coinor valuable security; and such allegation, so far as regards the description ofthe property, shall be sustained if the offender shall be proved to haveembezzled any amount, although the particular species of coin or valuablesecurity of which such amount was composed shall not be proved.
