§ 150B‑21.28.  Role of the Office of StateBudget and Management.

The Office of State Budget and Management shall:

(1)        Compile an annual summary of the projected fiscal impact onunits of local government of State administrative rules adopted during the precedingfiscal year.

(2)        Compile from information provided by each agency schedulesof anticipated rule actions for the upcoming fiscal year.

(3)        Provide the Governor, the General Assembly, the NorthCarolina Association of County Commissioners, and the North Carolina League ofMunicipalities with a copy of the annual summary and schedules by no later thanMarch 1 of each year.
