§ 152‑3.  Coroner'sbond.

Every coroner shall execute an undertaking conditioned upon thefaithful discharge of the duties of his office with good and sufficient suretyin the penal sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000), payable to the State ofNorth Carolina, and approved by the board of county commissioners.
