§ 156‑131. Annualreport.
At the end of each fiscal year the board of commissioners of alldrainage districts in the State of North Carolina shall file with the clerk ofthe superior court in the county where the district is organized a verifieditemized statement of receipts and expenditures of all funds belonging to thedistrict during the fiscal year just closed.
