§ 157‑12. Acquisition of land for government.

The authority may acquire by purchase or by the exercise of its powerof eminent domain, as aforesaid, any property real or personal for any housingproject being constructed or operated by a government. The authority upon suchterms and conditions, with or without consideration, as it shall determine, mayconvey title or deliver possession of such property so acquired or purchased tosuch government for use in connection with such housing project.
