The agency shall, promptly following the close of each fiscal year,submit an annual report of its activities under this Article for the precedingyear to the Governor, the State Auditor, the General Assembly, the AdvisoryBudget Commission and the Local Government Commission. The agency shall causean audit of its books and accounts relating to its activities under thisArticle to be made at least once in each year by an independent certifiedpublic accountant and the cost of the audit may be paid from any availablemoneys of the agency.
