Bonds issued under this Article may be sold in such manner, either atpublic or private sale, and for such price as the Local Government Commissiondetermines to be for the best interests of the agency and effectuate best thepurposes of this Article irrespective of the interest limitations set forth inG.S. 24‑1.1, as amended, and successor provisions, as long as the sale isapproved by the agency and the obligor.
