§15A‑727.  Issue of Governor's warrant of arrest; its recitals.

If the Governor decides thatthe demand should be complied with, he shall sign a warrant of arrest, whichshall be sealed with the State seal, and be directed to any peace officer orother person whom he may think fit to entrust with the execution thereof. Thewarrant must substantially recite the facts necessary to the validity of itsissuance. (1937, c. 273, s. 7; 1973, c. 1286, s. 16.)
