(a) The Director shallestablish procedures for screening, filing, recording, investigating, andprocessing applications for an award of compensation. The Director shall alsoestablish the procedures and methods for processing follow‑up claims forcompensation. The procedures and methods established by the Director underthis subsection shall conform to any rules adopted by the Commission.
