§ 160A‑110. Charters to remain in force.

The charter of any city that adopts a new form of government asprovided in this Article shall continue in full force and effectnotwithstanding adoption of a new form of government, except to the extentmodified by an ordinance adopted under the authority conferred and pursuant tothe procedures prescribed by this Article.
