§ 160A‑187. Possession or harboring of dangerous animals.

A city may by ordinance regulate, restrict, or prohibit the possessionor harboring within the city of animals which are dangerous to persons orproperty. No such ordinance shall have the effect of permitting any activity orcondition with respect to a wild animal which is prohibited or more severelyrestricted by regulations of the Wildlife Resources Commission. (1971, c. 698, s. 1; 1977, c. 407, s. 2.)
