The board of trustees of any cemetery shall have the power to acceptgifts, either by devise, bequeath or otherwise, and hold the same for thepurposes expressed in the gift, and any moneys coming into the hands of suchboard by devise or otherwise shall be by the board used exclusively for thepurposes for which it is given.
