§ 160A‑433. Records and reports.

The inspection department shall keep complete and accurate records inconvenient form of all applications received, permits issued, inspections andreinspections made, defects found, certificates of compliance granted, and allother work and activities of the department. These records shall be kept in themanner and for the periods prescribed by the North Carolina Department ofCultural Resources. Periodic reports shall be submitted to the city council andto the Commissioner of Insurance as they shall by ordinance, rule, or regulation require.
