§ 160A‑479.16. Advances.

Any member government unit may make advances, from any moneys that maybe available for such purpose, in connection with the creation of the authorityand to provide for the preliminary expenses of such authority.  Any such advancesmay be repaid to such participating units of local government from the proceedsof the revenue bonds issued by such authority, if capital in nature, or fromother available funds of the authority. (1989, c. 780, s. 1.)
