(a) The books and records of a commission shall at all times beopen and subject to inspection by the public.
(b) A copy of all bylaws and rules and regulations andamendments thereto adopted by it, from time to time, shall be filed with thecity clerk and shall be open for public inspection.
(c) At least once each year a report of its activities for thepreceding year and such other reports as may be required shall be made. Copiesof such reports shall be filed with the mayor and governing body of themunicipality. (1951, c. 1095, s.18; 1973, c. 426, s. 75.)
