§ 165‑15.  Purposeof Article.

The purpose of this Article is to remove the disqualification of agewhich would otherwise prevent persons to whom this Article applies from takingadvantage of any right or benefit to which they may be or may become entitledunder the laws of the United States relating to veterans benefits, and toassure those dealing with such minor persons that the acts of such minors shallnot be invalid or voidable by reason of the age of such minors, but shall inall respects be as fully binding as if said minors had attained their majority;and this Article shall be liberally construed to accomplish that purpose.
