§ 166A‑28. Hazardous Materials EmergencyResponse Fund.
There is established in the Department of Crime Control and PublicSafety a fund for those monies collected pursuant to G.S. 166A‑27. TheFund is also authorized to accept any gift, grant, or donation of money orproperty to facilitate the establishment and operation of the regional responsesystem. (1993 (Reg.
