§ 166A‑60. EmergencyManagement Certification Program authority; purpose.
The Division of EmergencyManagement in the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety shallestablish, as a voluntary program, an Emergency Management CertificationProgram as provided for in this Article. The purpose of the Program is tostrengthen and enhance the professional competencies of emergency managementpersonnel in State and local emergency management agencies. (2009‑192, s. 2.)
