§17C‑13.  Pardons.

When a person presentscompetent evidence that he has been granted an unconditional pardon for a crimein this State, any other state, or the United States, the Commission may notdeny, suspend, or revoke that person's certification based solely on thecommission of that crime or for an alleged lack of good moral character due tothe commission of that crime. (1989, c. 757, s. 8.)
