§17C‑7.  Functions of the Department of Justice.

(a)        The AttorneyGeneral shall provide such staff assistance as the Commission shall require inthe performance of its duties.

(b)        The AttorneyGeneral shall have legal custody of all books, papers, documents, or otherrecords and property of the Commission.

(c)        Any papers,documents, or other records which become the property of the Commission thatare placed in the criminal justice officer's personnel file maintained by theCommission shall be subject to the same disclosure requirements as set forth inChapters 126, 153A, and 160A of the General Statutes regarding the privacy ofpersonnel records.
