§19‑2.5.  Hearing on the preliminary injunction; issuance.

If upon hearing, theallegations of the complaint are sustained to the satisfaction of the court,the court shall issue a preliminary injunction restraining the defendant andany other person from continuing the nuisance and effectually enjoining its usethereafter for the purpose of conducting any such nuisance. The court may, inits discretion, order the closure of the property pending trial on the merits. (1977,c. 819, s. 4; 1999‑371, s. 7.)
