No person shall operate a petshop unless a license to operate such establishment shall have been granted bythe Director. Application for such license shall be made in the manner providedby the Director. The license shall be for the fiscal year and the license feeshall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each license period or part thereofbeginning with the first day of the fiscal year.
