§ 1D-10. Scope of the Chapter.
§ 1D‑10. Scope of theChapter.
This Chapter applies to everyclaim for punitive damages, regardless of whether the claim for relief is basedon a statutory or a common‑law right of action or based in equity. In anaction subject to this Chapter, in whole or in part, the provisions of thisChapter prevail over any other law to the contrary. (1995, c. 514, s. 1.)
