Motor vehicles eligible for aHistoric Vehicle Owner special registration plate under G.S. 20‑79.4 maybe equipped with two acetylene headlamps of approximately equal candlepowerwhen equipped with clear plane‑glass fronts, bright six‑inchspherical mirrors, and standard acetylene five‑eighths foot burners notmore and not less and which do not project a glaring or dazzling light into theeyes of approaching drivers.
