§ 20‑183.16.  CompactCommissioner.

The Commissioner of this Stateon the Vehicle Equipment Safety Commission shall be the Secretary ofTransportation or such other officer of the Department of Transportation as theSecretary may designate. (1963, c. 1167, s. 4; 1975, c. 716, s. 5.)
