§ 20‑218.2.  Speed limitfor nonprofit activity buses.

It is unlawful to drive anactivity bus that is owned by a nonprofit organization and is transportingpersons in connection with nonprofit activities over the highways or publicvehicular areas of North Carolina at a greater rate of speed than 55 miles perhour. A person who violates this section commits a Class 3 misdemeanor. (1969,c. 1000, s. 2; 1987, c. 337, s. 2; 1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 761, s. 23.)
