§ 20‑279.27. Substitution of proof.
The Commissioner shall consentto the cancellation of any bond or certificate of insurance or the Commissionershall direct and the State Treasurer shall return any money or securities tothe person entitled thereto upon the substitution and acceptance of otheradequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant to this Article.
