§ 20‑327.  Penalties forviolating Article or regulations.

Violation of any provision ofthis Article or any regulation promulgated pursuant hereto, shall constitute aClass 3 misdemeanor. (1965, c. 873; 1993, c. 539, s. 390; 1994, Ex. Sess.,c. 24, s. 14(c).)
