§ 20‑366. Effect ofweather.
No move will be made whenatmospheric conditions render visibility lower than safe for travel. Moves willnot be made when highway is covered with snow or ice, or at any time travelconditions are considered unsafe by the Department or Highway Patrol or otherlaw‑enforcement officers having jurisdiction.
