Implied‑ConsentOffense Procedures.
§ 20‑38.1. Applicability.
The procedures set forth inthis Article shall be followed for the investigation and processing of animplied‑consent offense as defined in G.S. 20‑16.2. The trialprocedures shall apply to any implied‑consent offense litigated in theDistrict Court Division. (2006‑253, s. 5.)
