§ 20‑393.  Disclosure ofinformation by employee of Department of Crime Control and Public Safetyunlawful.

It shall be unlawful for anyagent or employee of the Department of Crime Control and Public Safetyknowingly and willfully to divulge any fact or information which may come tohis knowledge during the course of any examination or inspection made underauthority of this Article, except to the Department of Crime Control and PublicSafety or as may be directed by the Department of Crime Control and PublicSafety or upon approval of a request to the Department of Crime Control andPublic Safety by the Utilities Commission or by a court or judge thereof.
