§ 20‑58.6.  Duty ofsecured party to disclose information.

A secured party named in acertificate of title shall, upon written request of the Division, the owner oranother secured party named on the certificate, disclose information whencalled upon by such person, within 10 days after his lien shall have been paidand satisfied, and any person convicted under this section shall be fined  notmore than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than 30 days.
