(1) Unless otherwiseunambiguously indicated by the language or circumstances, an offer to make alease contract must be construed as inviting acceptance in any manner and byany medium reasonable in the circumstances.
(2) If the beginning ofa requested performance is a reasonable mode of acceptance, an offeror who isnot notified of acceptance within a reasonable time may treat the offer ashaving lapsed before acceptance. (1993, c. 463, s. 1.)
