§25A‑16.  Transfer of equity.

If a buyer voluntarilytransfers his rights in collateral pursuant to applicable law and the selleragrees, the seller may impose a transfer fee not to exceed ten percent (10%) ofthe unpaid balance of the debt or thirty‑five dollars ($35.00), whicheveris less. (1971, c. 796, s. 1; 2000‑169, s. 31.)
