§25A‑6. "Seller" defined.
"Seller" means oneregularly engaged in the business of selling goods or services. Unlessotherwise provided, "seller" also means and includes an assignee ofthe seller's right to payment but use of the term does not itself impose on anassignee any obligation of the seller with respect to events occurring beforethe assignment.
