A successor personalrepresentative is one appointed to succeed a personal representative whoseappointment has terminated by death, resignation or revocation. Unless acontrary intent clearly appears from the will, a successor personalrepresentative has all the powers and duties, discretionary or otherwise, ofthe original personal representative.
