§28A‑9‑4.  Appeal; stay effected.

Any interested person mayappeal from the order of the clerk of superior court granting or denyingrevocation. The procedure shall be the same as in a special proceeding. If theclerk of superior court has revoked the letters, such appeal shall stay thejudgment and order of the clerk until the cause is heard and determined uponappeal. (1973, c. 1329, s. 3.)
