§ 36C‑8‑805.  Costof administration.

In administering a trust, thetrustee may incur only costs that are reasonable in relation to the trustproperty, the purposes of the trust, and the skills of the trustee. (1999‑215, s. 1; 2005‑192,s. 2.)
