§39‑32.3.  Recordation of plat showing control corners.

Upon designating a controlcorner and affixing a permanent marker, said person, firm or corporation shallcause to be filed in the office of the register of deeds of the county in whichthe real estate development is located a map or plat showing the location ofthe control corner or corners and permanent marker or markers with adequate andsufficient description to enable a surveyor to locate such control corner ormarker. No map or plat of a real estate subdivision or development made afterJuly 1, 1947, shall be certified for recording pursuant to G.S 47‑30.2unless the location of control corners is shown thereon.
