Final judgments entered inactions instituted under the provisions of this Article shall contain adescription of the land affected, together with a description of the propertyacquired by the condemnor and a copy of said judgment shall be certified tothe register of deeds in each county in which the land or any part thereof liesand be recorded among the land records of said county.
